Anyone at any time can find themselves turned upside down, lose everything they’ve ever needed, worked for or loved. What happens at that point is entirely made up of a series of choices. Anyone in the face of adversity can choose to rough it alone, or they can choose to trust the process, extract each lesson, regard each as the gift it is, and trust the mightiest King that was, is and will ever be–God. When life gets overwhelming, we must remember the blessings He pours on us, especially when we put Him first. Iʻll always remember the 27 nights I spent parked in my Honda at Walmart and the time I spent with God. Iʻll use that experience to realign my priorities and set me straight. God is good all the time. All the time God is good.
